I appreciated the bus stop located directly outside the hotel. It made getting to venice quick and easy. i found the breakfast to be fresh with good selections! the spa was a nice addition. It was clean and reasonably priced.

bus stop refreshing pool modern room

The bus stop was conveniently located right outside. it made trips into venice easy. i purchased tickets at the front desk. This was very practical. the outdoor pool was so refreshing, and it had a well-kept terrace. We loved the pool. but the terrace was amazing! the room was very clean and modern.

the coffee at breakfast seemed to be from a machine and not particularly good.

The hotel location was advantageous with a bus stop directly outside. I easily reached Venice in about fifteen minutes. I also appreciated the availability of tickets for purchase at the front desk. The hotel includes a small garden AND a swimming pool.

the air conditioning unit seemed difficult to adjust properly.

Totally recommend this AMAZING hotel!

helpful staff warm welcome airport shuttle great selection

The staff was so helpful and cute! Early check-in was a lifesaver. I could explore Venice without my bags. The shuttle to the airport was super convenient for my early flight. the bus stop right outside made getting to Venice quick and cheap. The breakfast had a great selection. I was fueled up for my adventures!!!

The Wi-Fi was a tiny bit slow at peak times.

the bus stop location was certainly acceptable. the convenient stop directly outside simplified travel.

the bathroom mirror had visible mold. i found this unacceptable. sheets felt rough, so i was not comfortable.

I really appreciated the location. The bus stop is right outside the hotel. a direct bus to venice was available. the staff was helpful . They answered all my questions. the onsite restaurant had a great menu. I experienced italian cuisine.
